2. Registration and Account

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Maintain account security
• Notify about unauthorized use

Registration Methods:

• Email and Password: Standard registration with email confirmation
• Google OAuth: Registration via Google account (email required)
• GitHub OAuth: Registration via GitHub account (email required)

3. Newsletters and Notifications

When you register on the PyLand platform, you are automatically subscribed to the following types of newsletters:

Notification Types:

• Course Updates: Information about new lessons and materials
• Assignment Reminders: Notifications about upcoming deadlines
• Achievements and Progress: Messages about your successes and received certificates
• Platform News: Information about new features and capabilities
• Weekly Summary: Overview of your progress for the week

Mandatory Notifications:

Some notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled:

You receive a license to use our services for personal educational purposes.

Currently, course payment is made by arrangement with the administration. After launching the automatic payment system, refund will be possible within 14 days according to the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of terms of use.

Grounds for termination:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal actions or fraud attempts
• Distribution of malicious content
• Multiple complaints from other users
• Non-payment for services within the established deadlines

Upon termination of access, you lose the right to use all platform materials. Paid courses may be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

11. Применимое право и разрешение споров

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Georgian legislation.

Dispute resolution:

1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations within 30 days
2. If settlement is impossible, the dispute is submitted to court at PyLand's location (Kutaisi, Georgia)
