Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Georgia 'On Consumer Rights Protection' and regulates refunds for educational services purchased on the PyLand platform.
PyLand guarantees transparency of the refund procedure and protection of consumer rights.
Important! Refund is made only if the conditions specified in this policy are met.
2. Refund Conditions
Full refund (100%):
- Within 14 days from the date of payment, if the course has not started (no more than 10% of materials viewed)
- In case of technical problems on the platform side making it impossible to complete the course
- In case of double charge (refund of duplicate payment)
Partial refund:
- If training has started (more than 10% of materials viewed), a refund is possible minus the cost of already completed modules proportionally
- Upon subscription cancellation - refund for unused period (when paying for several months in advance)
Refund is not possible:
- For fully completed courses (100% of materials viewed)
- After issuing a course completion certificate
- After 14 days from payment if training has started
- For individual consultations if the service was fully provided
- In case of violation of platform usage terms (sharing access with third parties, distributing course materials)
Note: In special cases, an individual approach is possible by agreement with the platform administration.
3. Refund Procedure
- Submitting a Request: Send a refund request to email: pylandschool@gmail.com or via the feedback form on the website
- Required data: Provide full name, registration email, course name, payment date and reason for refund
- Consideration: Application is reviewed within 7 business days
- Decision: You will receive notification of approval or denial by email
- Refunds: Money is returned in the same way as the payment was made, within 5-10 business days after approval
Please note:
- The time for crediting funds to the account depends on the payment system and bank (usually 3-10 business days)
- Payment system fees are not refunded
- When refunding part of the funds, calculation is made proportionally to the material covered
4. Exceptions
- No refund is made for individual consultations if the service has been fully provided.
- Refund is not possible if the violation of conditions was caused by user actions (e.g., sharing access with third parties).
5. Partial Refunds
In individual cases, partial refund is possible by agreement with the platform administration.
