Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 389 of the Civil Code of Georgia.

Individual entrepreneur (IE) or legal entity 'PyLand' (hereinafter - Contractor) offers an unlimited number of persons (hereinafter - User/Customer) to conclude an agreement for the provision of educational services on the terms set out below.

2. Subject of Offer

The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with access to the PyLand educational online platform and the following services:

• Online programming courses (Python, JavaScript, web development, etc.)
• Video lessons, text materials, practical assignments
• Homework review (within mentorship support plan)
• Mentorship support (within corresponding plan)
• Course completion certificates
• Access to personal dashboard for progress tracking

Services are provided remotely via the Internet in online learning format.

3. Acceptance of Offer

Acceptance of this offer is considered to be the User performing one of the following actions:

1. Registration on PyLand platform (account creation)
2. Course or subscription payment via website
3. Start using paid services

Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of all terms of this agreement.

The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance and is valid until full fulfillment of obligations by the parties.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide access to the educational platform within 24 hours after payment
• Ensure platform uptime of at least 98% of the time (excluding maintenance)
• Provide quality educational materials
• Provide technical support to users
• Issue certificates after successful course completion
• Ensure confidentiality of personal data

The Contractor has the right to:

• Modify course content to improve learning quality
• Suspend access for platform rules violations
• Conduct maintenance with advance notice
• Refuse service in case of suspected fraud

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Pay for services in full and within the established deadlines
• Comply with platform usage rules
• Not share account access with third parties
• Not distribute course materials without written permission
• Treat mentors and other users with respect

The user has the right to:

• Get full access to the paid course
• Contact technical support
• Request a refund according to the Refund Policy
• Receive a certificate after course completion

5. Payment for Services

Current payment methods:

• Manual payment (bank transfer using details)
• Payment by invoice (for legal entities)

Planned payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Stripe (integration in development)
• PayPal (integration in development)

Access to the course is granted after payment confirmation by the administration.

Prices may change, but already paid services are provided at the price at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Carried out according to Refund Policy.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Contractor is not liable for:

• Technical failures beyond the Contractor's control (internet outage, hosting provider issues)
• Learning outcomes depend on the User's efforts and abilities
• Actions of third parties (account hacking due to User's fault)
• Issues with third-party service integration (Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth)

The User is liable for:

• Security of their login and password
• Copyright infringement when distributing course materials
• Damage caused to the platform by unlawful actions

The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, legislative changes).

7. Contract Termination

The contract may be terminated:

• At the User's initiative - with refund according to the Refund Policy
• At the Contractor's initiative - in case of systematic violation of contract terms by the User
• By mutual agreement

Termination notice is sent by email at least 3 business days in advance.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Georgian legislation applies to this contract.

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to court at the Contractor's location (Kutaisi, Georgia).
